• click on the Products link at the top of this page
• select a product group from the menu on the left to display a category menu
• click on the category that interests you and a list of items will be displayed on the page
• select an item, enter quantities required and click the submit button.

The order form will then take you through the process of completing your order online.

Terms of Trade:

Operating an account with Cobcraft Supplies (1989) Ltd. Is deemed to be acceptance of the following terms of trade:

1. The title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until the goods have been paid for in full, and all funds have been cleared by our bank.
   
2. Privacy Act 1993: Customers seeking credit are advised that we retain the right to seek credit information from appropriate credit reference agents, and in the case of debtors who do not meet their obligations, to provide details of such debtors and their debts to our credit reference and debt collection agents.
   Payment for purchases (whether cash or credit sales) or by
   cheque authorises placement of your
   Name and address on our mailing list. In terms of the Privacy
   Act 1993 such information will not
   be made available to third parties without your approval.
   
3. All accounts must be paid for in full by 20th month following invoice, unless previously arranged in writing. Penalty interest may be charged on overdue accounts.
   
4. Items may be returned within 7 days for credit, provided they are unused and in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice or packing slip. Handling charges are non-refundable.
5. Minimum nett invoice value is $10.00
   
6. Delivery: Any date given for delivery is stated in good faith, but shall not be treated as a condition of sale, and no claim of any nature shall be made by the customer on account of late delivery however caused.
   
7. Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders will be filled at prices prevailing at the date of delivery of the goods or supply of the services, and the customer agrees to pay the prices charged. If GST or other taxes are payable by the company in respect of the goods & services supplied, or on any amount payable, the customer shall pay the company the amount of that tax. All prices are exclusive of freight costs, insurance charges, installation and maintenance costs.

Please advise Cobcraft promptly of any change of address. Accounts will be sent to last notified address and late receipt does not invalidate clause 2 above.
